Cadet Kelly a fine family Disney movie. It has some great moments that will make you all smile! Kids will love it. It's sweet, nice and cute that's how it can be described. If you are a fan of high school musical films, you will love this one. Hilary Duff did a good job in this movie. Enjoy.
